Brief Description
Professional Enhancement Program for Third Level Officials designed to equip DepEd Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents in the Region with the essential competencies to navigate the complexities of today's educational landscape and drive positive change within their divisions and schools. Grounded in the four pillars of (1) Exemplifying Resilient Leadership, (2) Fostering Integrity-Based Leadership, (3) Goal-Oriented Service Culture, and (4) Organizational Excellence, the program addresses identified competency gaps and equips leaders with practical skills and knowledge.
"USWAG KABISERA: Unselfish Service with Agility and Grit for a Progressive DepEd NCR" is a high-priority professional enhancement program designed to advance the organizational culture and leadership competencies of Schools Division Superintendents and Assistant Schools Division Superintendents within DepEd NCR.
This program directly addresses the urgent need identified through: (a) DepEd NCR Competency-Based L&D Plans and Guidelines, mandating two planned interventions per year for every position level; (b) Superintendent’s Leadership Program requirements; (c) Public Management Development Program Competency Assessment Results; (d) CES Board Saldiwa Competency Assessment Results; and (e) Personal Manifestations of Needs identified through Focus Group Discussions with ASDSs and SDSs.
The ultimate goal of the "USWAG KABISERA" professional enhancement program for third-level officials like Schools Division Superintendents and Assistant Schools Division Superintendents is to cultivate a new generation of transformative educational leaders who will significantly advance the quality of education within DepEd NCR.
This overarching goal will be achieved by:
