Regional Office Induction Program: Guiding the New Breed of Guardians of Excellence
Induction and onboarding programs are not ceremonial formalities; they are critical pathways to clarity and empowerment. To allow employees to work without proper orientation is akin to asking them to walk blindfolded—unaware of their rights, benefits, competencies, rules, and the very functions of the office they serve. Through this program, inductees are given the light to see clearly, the tools to act effectively, and the confidence to serve with integrity.
In line with the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME-HRM systems and procedures, the Regional Office announces the conduct of the Regional Office Proper Induction Program for Non-Teaching Personnel on November 6–7, 2025 at the Regional Office CI Hub/GAD Center.
This two-day onboarding initiative is more than a formal orientation—it is a vital step in shaping the new generation of public servants who will carry forward the Department’s vision of excellence and inclusivity.
The induction program is designed to:
Foster awareness of employee benefits, professional standards, gender sensitivity, and key office systems and financial procedures, in accordance with the Office Citizen’s Charter.
Strengthen alignment of individual roles and performance commitments with the Department’s Vision, Mission, and Mandates.
Equip personnel with foundational competencies essential to their respective positions.
The region recognizes that its greatest investment lies in its people—particularly the young generation of non-teaching personnel who represent a new breed of guardians of excellence. By nurturing their awareness, skills, and values, the Office ensures that they are not merely workers fulfilling tasks, but empowered contributors to systemic change and organizational growth.
This induction program is not just about compliance; it is about building a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and accountability. By investing in its personnel, the Regional Office reaffirms its commitment to shaping a workforce that is prepared, principled, and passionate about serving the public.
