Project REAP (Remedial & Enhancement Activities and Projects) enables learners to develop phonemic awareness through differentiated activities and reading materials which will lead to establish oral reading fluency with the use of different interventions to ensure the improvement of the reading level of each learner.

The implementation of said project in Tuguegarao North Central School for the SY 2022-2023 had a great contribution in improving the reading levels of Priority Learners, decreasing the number of non-readers, and increasing the number of learners from frustration level to instructional level, from instructional level to independent level.
