PROJECT E-LEARN is an innovation which may be called in layman’s term as “Online Elementary School.” It is designed to help the teachers and pupils of Tuguegarao North Central School get organized in conducting online classes. It encompasses online classes, provision of softcopies of modules and activity sheets, online conduct of summative tests and other  online resources.
