In Tuguegarao North Central School, the stress level among the staff increased due to the demands of the teaching-learning process greatly affected by the pandemic. With this, the Project TEAM will engage in adaptive management that will allow for greater communication between various grade levels. An effective communication channel that all team members can be informed and can contribute to difficult decisions. This project will also be encouraged to engage in feedback loops, which will lead to better decision-making. A sense of ownership among TNCS members to ensure that the solutions and decisions are aligned to the organization’s mission, vision and objectives.
Hence, the implementation of Project TEAM (Total Engagement towards Adaptive Management) helps foster engagement and ensure that employees are motivated to adapt to changing situations.
