Full loop
Upon passing the Business interview you will be progressing to the Full Loop stage. This is a great opportunity to meet people from the Roo and find out more about where we are headed as a company.
The Full loop consists of at least 3 x 45 minute 1:1 interviews, where you and the interviewer meet face-to-face or over video. Each interview has defined focus areas relevant to the roles, which will be briefed to you by the recruiter.
Depending on the role, we are looking for 4 to 5 main areas in your experience:

Impact - what did you achieve in your last role? How did you achieve it? Focus area example: Project Management
Expertise - this is mainly about your role-related knowledge. Focus area example: Functional Expertise
Leadership - this is about your ability to influence a group of people to achieve results and how you deal with different kind of stakeholders. Focus area example: Stakeholder Management
Attitude - this is about the types of attributes that would make you successful in a fast-growing scale-up like ours. Focus area example: Never Say Its Not My Job
Team Management (if you are applying for a management position) - this is about how did you manage in the past? What is your management style? Focus area example: Team Management
