These teams vary from our front line care teams, quality, training all the way to workforce management, policy and automation teams. We're a large team of 400+ based out of our London HQ office with global teams across all our markets. Our Service Excellence team makes sure that all our users are using the platforms in the right way and support with areas like Compensation, Automation (Ai) and Customer Experience. Works to give our consumers an optimal delivery experience. This team owns the algorithms and models which make our delivery network tick by connecting riders with orders, in real-time and in all our markets around the world. They also build and maintain our world-class rider app so riders can choose to log in to work and deliver orders quickly, safely and with ease whenever they want.
Helps consumers find and discover food that matters to them and feel confident in their choice. They are responsible for the in-app and web experience as well as customer acquisition and retention.

Providing our partners with the tools to advertise their listing on the Deliveroo platform. Advertising consists of 3 main pillars and includes: Partner Advertising, Partner Offers and FMCG Advertising.
Focuses on all things money at Deliveroo. Our payments team builds complex, multi-platform solutions for paying our riders and restaurants and receiving money from happy consumers. Our Financial Integrity team is responsible for all internal money systems and reporting.
