Our interviews are usually between 30-60 mins with focus areas that allow us to go deep into the examples you present and better understand the process behind your solutions.
Our interviews are usually done remotely (please see tips on remote interviewing below) but occasionally they will be face-to-face, your recruiter will advise you if you will need to go into any of our offices for the interview.
At the end of each interview, we will leave time for questions so you can learn more about us. However, if you do have more questions after the interview please contact your recruiter.
The general process is outlined below.
Your recruiter will let you know from the get-go which of the below stages you are required to attend.
Please click on each button to see more information about each stage as well as useful tips and guidance, including some examples.
Don't panic - just let your recruitment coordinator know with as much notice as possible by emailing them and they will liaise with your interviewer/interviewers to find the next best date that is suitable for you all.
The majority of our interviews are done via Google Meet so here are some tips for interviewing remotely...
A poor connection, bad camera quality, or audio issues can make you feel flustered and eat into precious time with the interviewer.
When you receive your confirmation, check the meeting link
Ensure you're on a high-speed network; that the camera is clear and that you are audible through your microphone
It's a good idea to do a trial call ahead of time with a friend or family member
Limiting notifications will ensure you don't become distracted from the interview at hand.
Turn your phone off or on silent mode
Close down any programs on your laptop like Slack, Teams, email, etc
Eliminating visual and auditory distractions during the interview assures that nothing pulls the interviewer’s attention away from you.
Choose a private space that is quiet and free from distractions like children and pets
Tidy the area that’s visible in the camera frame; be mindful of items in the background that aren’t appropriate for an interview
Join the interview a few minutes before the scheduled time to check everything works on the day.
Malfunctions can cause anxiety that may affect the entire interview
By joining early, you can both fix the issue and start the call feeling prepared and confident
