Every interview process at Deliveroo starts with a Prescreen.
This is an introductory call where your recruiter will provide you with a high-level overview of the role including team structure, suitability for the role, and culture fit.
They will be asking you questions to find out about your motivations, search, and experience. There will also be a chance for you to ask us any questions at this point too.
From this stage, the recruiter will let you know if you are suitable for the role and if you are, explain what the next steps will be.
After, they will send you more information and introduce you to a recruitment coordinator who will schedule the next interviews for you.
