We understand that as a candidate it means a lot to be able to receive constructive, actionable feedback throughout your interview process whether you are successful or not as well as give us feedback on your candidate experience.
Your recruiter is responsible for sharing written feedback and discussing it with you after each interview stage and we aim to have feedback within 48-72 hours after each stage along with regular updates as you need them.
Just as important for us is hearing your feedback on each interview and your overall experience to make sure we are doing our best to demonstrate the level of customer obsession we talk about in our values.
