For this interview, you will meet with a Manager for a 45-60 min conversation.
It may be virtual via video call or in person, on-site at one of our Offices (this will be specified by your Recruiter).

This interview is about your ability to influence a group of people to achieve results and how you deal with different kinds of stakeholders. You should be ready to talk about your previous leadership experiences, any obstacles you encountered, how you motivated and guided your team - and what you might do differently in the future, if faced with the same scenario.
Structure your answers in the STARR format, allowing yourself time to demonstrate the situation to the interviewer and reflect on the outcome whilst considering what you might do differently in the future.
