For this interview, you will meet with a Manager for a 45-60 min conversation, it may be virtual via video call or in person, on-site at one of our Offices (this will be specified by your Recruiter).
The interview will focus on past experiences, looking at how you utilise skills relevant to the position and assess how you've navigated certain situations.
The purpose of this interview is to get an understanding of who you are, how you think and how you approach real-world problems.
The goal of the interviewer is to learn more about you, whilst your goal as a candidate is to demonstrate to the interviewer how you react, collaborate and interact as an individual - as well as part of a team.
When thinking about your answers, try to highlight the following themes:
Growth
Self-awareness
Self-reliance
Willingness to help
Come prepared with notes of any major achievements or projects that would be worth mentioning, quantify and provide specifics.
Keep your answers realistic and try to keep the balance between pride and humility.
Structure your answers in the STARR format, allowing yourself time to demonstrate the situation to the interviewer and reflect on the outcome and what you might do differently in the future.
