Most interview processes will have a final interview.
This will be an opportunity to meet with a senior leader of the business.
They are done virtually unless otherwise advised by your recruiter and are around 30 mins.
Similar to the business interview, you will be asked in-depth questions about prior experience, and how you would adapt to this role (e.g. "Tell me about a time" or "In this scenario, how would you handle x").
Using strong examples is key (STARR method).
For certain roles (Sales / Account Management) remembering your achieved figures in prior roles is always handy.
Asking relevant questions at the end will show your interest in the role and give you more insight into what's expected in the position.
