The day was beautiful with the crowd cheering for their continent!

the people who were in the race were confident that they would win for their country. Right before the race, I interviewed some people about the snowshoe sprint. The first person that was interviewed was Oran.

Oran was one of the competitors that were in the race and he had to say “Gonna go for it. Gonna get the gold, Aussie Aussie Aussie.” Oran was confident in winning the gold. The next person that I interviewed was Nick, Nick had to say “Run fast and not fall. My biggest competitor is Jake.” Which he was right and had beaten him. The last competitor that I interviewed was Nate, Nate said “Get third place and go fast.” He did go fast but he didn’t come in third place but he did his hardest. Next, we went to the audience and asked a person that was named Tarkwin and he had to say “ I think Africa and Asia are gonna come close because they have great runners. Hi Mom.” Well, he was right that Asia and Africa have great runners but will be surprised at what Oceania had in store with Oran from Palu coming in first place with Nick coming in third but wasn’t fast enough to catch Jack from Africa who had come in second getting a silver medal. After the race, we had asked one person from the audience what they thought about the race and the person’s name was Ben R. and he said “It was cool, they went fast.” But that was the end of the race with Nick from Oceania coming in third getting a bronze, Jack from Africa coming in second getting silver medal, and Oran from Oceania getting the first place medal.
