Documenting AT in Project Education
The SWAAAC team has put together some guidance that has been approved by district leadership to support you and your school team with documentation of AT in the IEP. Project Education has an Assistive Technology Area the Evaluation paperwork requires some documentation. Documenting Assistive Technology in the IEP is not just for students that use AAC devices or in SSN. Many students that received support from a learning specialist also use assistive technology.
