Computer and Email Password Reset

We are no longer changing our password through the control-alt-delete process on your computer. Our new process utilizes Classlink to change your password. This is the process that you can use whenever you wish to change your password. We need everyone to change their password using this process so that all systems will have the same password. After you make the change, it will take about 5 minutes for it to talk with the other systems.

login to Classlink, (use the first part of your email and your current password)
go to users profile,
go to settings,
look for the recovery tab
change your password there.

Software Process

Software & Curriculum Processes and Procedures

DCS has implemented the following procedure for reviewing software purchases. Here are the guidelines:

Reviews will be conducted three times per year
- June: First-semester implementation
- October: Second-semester implementation
- February: End-of-year budget consideration
All products must be approved and budgeted by the Principal or Department Director.
Fill out the DCS Curriculum & Software Request Form for all curriculum and software programs for district approval prior to use.

Artificial Intelligence

In a future in which many things can be completed faster and perhaps better by Artificial Intelligence, companies will value and seek employees who embody adaptability, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, empathy, learner’s mindset, and personal responsibility. These are skills that can not be replicated by AI, and they will be highly valued. In addition to these durable human skills, students will need to be AI Literate and able to effectively work with AI as a partner. To truly prepare students for the world they will graduate into, all these durable skills and AI Literacy should be infused into all grade levels and all curriculum areas.
