How to Log & Sign-off on Hours on BWBRS:
Log in to your BWBRS.
Make sure you're in the correct semester by clicking on the drop down menu in the top middle of the page.
Click on Hour logs on the left side menu. At the very beginning, log the start and end times of your experience and date.
Select any of the following: Primary Position (CLA), Other Position, or Training & Enrichment.
Other Positions are any other volunteering that you do that is not your CLA. This could be another site you consistently volunteer or or one-time events
If you cannot find your service partner listed, you must use this form to propose it be added to BWBRS. Once your form is approved, a Bonner program staff member will add it to BWBRS. You will receive a notification from Wildcat Sync when it is approved. Then return to BWBRS to follow the steps listed above to add it to the list.
💡 You can get up to 2 hours a week volunteering at Lula Bells
Training & Enrichment are lectures, seminars, or workshops you attend. Training completed in preparation to volunteer is logged in this category.
If you cannot find your training and enrichment event listed, you must use this form to propose it be added to BWBRS. Once your form is approved, a Bonner program staff member will add it to BWBRS. You will receive a notification from Wildcat Sync when it is approved. Then return to BWBRS to follow the steps listed above to add it to the list.
💡 Bonner Monday meetings are up to 2 hours a week. Please log what you are present for.
You can also get up to 8 hours a semester doing wellness wheel activities and up to 5 hours a semester with Bonner Love hours (attending events other Bonners perform in - athletic events, arts performances, Oops Improv shows, etc)
Activity Description includes what you did, who you worked with, and outcomes or impacts.
Don't forget to click Add Hour Log Entry.
The report tab shows hours you logged and the descriptions. At the bottom of the page, you will see your totals.
The analysis tab provides percentages of service versus training and enrichment. The preferred ratio of service to training and enrichment is 80:20.

Sign-off on hours:
After all your hours have been logged for the semester, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to sign-off on your hours. To do so, type your name in the Electronic Signature box and click Save.
Hours must be logged within the following dates to appear on the desired semester:
Fall Semester: Log between August 22 and December 31
Spring Semester: Log between January 1 and May 14
Summers of Service: Log between May 15 and August 21
