The Darien Technology and Engineering Department were recognized by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association for providing outstanding and robust integrative STEM education programs.

During the ITEEA conference held in March 2020, the teachers will be presented with a certificate and banner for the school. A list of 2020 award recipients will be published in ITEEA’s flagship journal, Technology and Engineering Teacher following the conference.
