Before the museum we started the week by reviewing our letter sounds by reading words with vowels and digraphs (sh, ch, wh, and th).
Student used baby chicks or bunnies to hop around the mat and find words.
Students then had to record their words onto their paper within the lines.
We are working on writing small lowercase letters touching the ground, tall lowercase letter reaching the sky, and falling lowercase letter going under the flower. This handwriting skill will be assessed 3rd trimester.
