TO-SERVE (Technical Opportunities to Support, EmpoweR, and Value the Community) Project mainly aims to equip unemployed individuals with competency, skill, or knowledge in basic computer operations and servicing to ensure their employment or the establishment of their micro-enterprise.

Following the success of the first session, the second installment of TechDOC training commenced on March 28, 2025, at CvSU – Carmona Campus. The session continued to provide participants with valuable insights into document creation and formatting.
Mr. Jhumel C. Ignas, roject leader of TO-SERVE and department extension coordinator, delivered the opening remarks, reinforcing the significance of digital literacy in modern-day communication and documentation. His address motivated the participants to fully engage in the session and maximize the learning opportunities provided.
The morning session started with a pre-assessment, aimed at evaluating the participants' baseline knowledge and identifying areas for improvement. This was followed by an engaging discussion on inserting and formatting tables and images, led by Ms. Donna Mae Nabalitan, BS Computer Science (BSCS) student extensionist. She provided step-by-step demonstrations on efficiently incorporating tables and images into documents, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
Afterward, Ms. Stephanie Grace Pastera, another BSCS student extensionist, took over the session with a discussion on using bullet points, numbering, and hyperlinks. Participants were introduced to the strategic use of bullet points and numbering to enhance document organization and readability. Additionally, Ms. Nabalitan demonstrated the integration of hyperlinks to create dynamic and interactive documents.
The afternoon session resumed with the discussion on page numbering and section breaks, presented by Ms. Jannah Mariel Martinez, BSCS student extensionist. She explained the importance of page numbering in long documents and how section breaks contribute to better document management.
The training concluded with a post-assessment, measuring the participants' learning progress and overall understanding of the topics covered. Certificates of participation were then awarded, recognizing the attendees' dedication and newly acquired skills.
Special recognition is extended to the unmentioned yet dedicated faculty extensionists who played a vital role in organizing and facilitating the training. These faculty members include Ms. Janine B. Bacosmo, Mr. Ronnel P. Virtucio, Mr. Nathanael F. Bueno, Mr. John Benneth C. Abuan, Asst. Prof. Joe Marlou A. Opella, Dr. Mark Anthony R. Abril, Mr. Luigi E. Ocampo, Asst. Prof. Jonell V.
