CvSU-Carmona formulated its extension program dubbed ARM - Accessing community, Rendering services and Maintaining Relationships (cARMona). In human anatomy, arm is the upper limb of the body, comprising regions between the shoulder and elbow joints. The arm is also the common body part used in helping other people.

The program intended to access communities in need, render appropriate services, and maintain robust relationships with and among the people in the community.

It was further divided into five projects: Basura Ko, Ayos Ko project, Barangay Entreprenyur, Kakayahang Teknikal Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan, Project Kompyuter, and Project Pisara.
