ABOUT THE PROJECT

TO-SERVE (Technical Opportunities to Support, EmpoweR, and Value the Community) Project mainly aims to equip unemployed individuals with competency, skill, or knowledge in basic computer operations and servicing to ensure their employment or the establishment of their micro-enterprise.

Simplifying Data

with Spreadsheets (Days 1 & 2)

In line with its mission to provide relevant digital literacy programs, Cavite State University – Carmona Campus successfully delivered a two-part training workshop titled “TechSHEET: Simplifying Data with Spreadsheets” on July 10 and 17, 2025, held at Room 106. This initiative, under the CvSUCCESS TO-SERVE Project, was spearheaded by the Extension Services Office and the Department of Industrial and Information Technology (DIIT), with the goal of enhancing the community’s proficiency in spreadsheet tools for data management, analysis, and presentation.

On May 16, 2025, the second and final session of the “TechSHOW: Building Engaging and Impactful Presentations” training program was successfully conducted at Cavite State University (CvSU) – Carmona Campus. Organized by the Extension Services Office and the Department of Industrial and Information Technology (DIIT) as part of the CvSUCCESS TO-SERVE Project, this session further strengthened participants’ abilities to create compelling digital presentations by introducing advanced features and interactive elements.

The Extension Services Office and the Department of Industrial and Information Technology of Cavite State University (CvSU) – Carmona Campus proudly introduced the training program entitled “TechSHOW: Building Engaging and Impactful Presentations”, as part of the CvSUCCESS TO-SERVE Project. Scheduled on May 9 and 16, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this two-day workshop is designed to develop participants’ presentation skills through immersive, hands-on learning focused on the use of modern digital tools.

This event, held under CvSUCCESS’ TO-SERVE (Technical Opportunities to Support, Empower, and Value the Community) Project, aimed to equip participants with foundational knowledge of computer systems, their functions, types, and peripherals.
