Project DAPAT (Differently Abled Person Assistance and Tutorial) aims to provide individualized support measures or personalized tutoring experiences for differently-abled individuals to maximize their academic development.
RECENT ACTIVITES
01/07 & 08/2025
In an inspiring show of compassion and service, a group of faculty extensionists conducted tutorial sessions for young students with disabilities at the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) in Carmona, Cavite on January 7 and 8, 2025.
Asst. Prof. Jocelyn B. Siochi, Mr. Ronlie Rj A. Espeleta, Ms. Zyrill L. Macha, and Ms. Ronibel S. Rañen of the Department of Teacher Education led the initiative, offering academic assistance tailored to the unique learning needs of the children. The two-day activity aimed to reinforce basic educational competencies while providing encouragement and positive engagement in a supportive environment.
Through activities like these, the University continues to live out its commitment to community service—nurturing both knowledge and empathy in equal measure. More tutorial sessions will be conducted in the upcoming months as part of the sustained efforts of CvSUCCESS’ Project DAPAT in partnership with PDAO-Carmona.
