Fee Payments

You may pay your fees through PayPal by using a credit card as well as a direct payment from your account. Please select the option from the drop down menu that you would prefer. Payments may be made in full, or you may follow the payment schedule created the by the BPA executive board.

All fees must be paid in full, or a contract must be signed before the end of the CUSD 10 registration process to participate. All families will be responsible for filling out the Student Fees Contract provided with this handbook. Fees will be adjusted for those enrolled in the free/reduced lunch program. Unpaid fees will result in a loss of rehearsal and performance privileges until they are paid or the payment contract is current.

All fee schedules to be announced according to the CHS Band Parents Association (CHS BPA) Bylaws. Please see the CHS BPA Bylaws for more information.

How do the fees work?

Marching Band

  • Uniform usage and cleaning, hotel fees, meals, show shirt, dot book, instruction, and transportation

  • If a student decides not to participate in band, no refund of fees paid will be made after the first day of band camp

  • Students must be paid in full from previous years in order to participate in marching band

  • If a student receives a reduced lunch rate, the fees will be $100.00

  • If a student receives a free lunch rate, the fees will be $50.00

Concert Band

  • There is a $25 uniform rental/cleaning fee for all concert students to be paid by a pre-assigned date

  • If you participate in marching band, this will be applied to the overall cost of the students’ band fees

Winter Guard

  • Uniforms, tarps, silks, equipment, hotel fees, meals, instruction, and transportation

  • These fees may vary from year to year depending on the amount of traveling required for competition and/or direction of the group’s future

  • No student having an outstanding balance will be allowed to participate in winter guard

  • Full Fee - $175.00

  • Marching Band Full - $150.00

  • Marching Band Installment - $30.00

  • Reduced Lunch Installment - $20.00

  • Free Lunch Installment - $10.00

  • Uniform Fee - $25.00

  • Winter Guard Full - $200.00

  • Winter guard Installment - $40.00 (those on the 2022 season contract have payment broken up into $50.00 installments)
