Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band is comprised of approximately 60 students who are seeking to further refine and hone their skills on their specific instruments. The Symphonic Band is the second performing concert band at Collinsville High School. Similar to the Wind Ensemble, the Symphonic Band performs a wide variety of works including traditional wind band works as well as a few classical transcriptions. 

The ensemble performs 2 concerts in the fall and 3-4 in the Spring. They also perform at the Music for All Affiliate Metro East Concert Band Festival hosted by O'Fallon Township High School. The Symphonic band is open to anyone wishing to perform. Auditions for the group happen at the end of each Spring semester.

The Symphonic Band is under the direction of Mr. Ryan Goetter.
