Put a Record on Hold

To put a record on Hold:

  • Choose the correct form from the PS Enrollment Portal Dashboard
  • Choose the Roster Workspace from the PS Enrollment Dashboard
  • Select the Notified/Not Started View
  • Select the student you have withdrawn by clicking the box to the left of the ID number, then click on Tasks to open the drop down menu.
  • Select Hold
  • When asked if you want to HOLD selected record only or all found, choose Selected Only.

If by chance you put a record on hold that you need to retrieve:

  • From the Roster Workspace in the Enrollment Dashboard, select "On Hold" as your View.
  • Click the box to the left of the ID number for the student you need to retrieve and click on Tasks to open the drop down menu.
  • Select "Remove Hold"
  • When asked if you want to REMOVE HOLD on all records or selected only, choose Selected Only.
  • Record will again be in the Unsubmitted View of your Roster Workspace in Enrollment.
