Family Account support allows you to search for a student by name to see if their parent has started filling out a form, where they are in the process, and what they still need to complete. This is super handy when a parent says that they have submitted a form and you can't see them in the Workspace.
NOTE: Family Account Support isn't turned on for all users. It is currently limited it to one user per campus.
Family Account Support can be found on the far right side of the dashboard.
Clicking on Family Account Support will take you to a search page. You can search for a student by first and/or last name. After typing in the name, click the Find Accounts button.
Once you click Find Accounts you will see anyone who has started or completed a form for that student. Additionally you will see anyone else they have completed a form form as well as their name which is a link.
Clicking on the parents name will take you to the parents page.

Each in-progress and submitted form is a link. Clicking on one will show you specific information about that form including what still needs to be completed.
You can reset or change a parents password by clicking on the appropriate link.
