From your Dashboard. Click the title of the form to expand it and then select the workspace you'd like to access.
What is the difference between a Roster and Submission workspace?
What is the difference between a Roster and Submission workspace?
The Roster and Submission Workspaces represent the two sides of your online workflow. The Roster Workspace manages the Pre-Submission forms, while the Submission Workspace manages the Post- Submission forms.
Roster Workspace:

You can think of the Roster Workspace as a Baseball Roster that lists everyone that could potentially play in the game.
Goals of the Roster Workspace:
- Bring in the students who need to complete the online form
- Notify families that the form is ready to start via email or a printed letter
Submission Workspace:
Submission Workspace:
You can think of the Roster Workspace as the baseball statistics for a game (where you only have stats for players here that actually played in game). In the Roster Workspace you will only find data for students/families who have completed the online form.
Goals of the Submission Workspace:
- Review submissions
- Approve records
- Set aside records that require attention
- Deliver data to the student information system
NOTE: New Student Forms do NOT include Roster Workspaces.
