Grand Bay Reservations
Grand Bay Wetland Education Center is a free service provided to public schools that subscribe to the Coastal Plains Regional Educational Services Agency (CPRESA). Public schools within the CPRESA service area receive first priority; private, home school, and public schools outside of CPRESA are welcome to register once public schools have made reservations. Home school groups are required to have a minimum of 10 students.
Center Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday.
Download planning documents and required forms linked below for field trip or school presentation.
Directions for Reservations for Field Trip or School Presentation - Read carefully (only online reservations will be taken):
Check the Grand Bay Calendar at https://goo.gl/Eofh2h to see which dates are available. When the Google Calendar says, "No Scheduled Classes," the center or Mr. Hon are already booked. You will not be able to schedule visits on these days.
For both field trips and school visits, complete an online reservation form for each day planned (i.e., complete 4 forms for 4 days).
Dates fill up quickly. Have several dates in mind when you begin the process.
Your reservation is not confirmed when you click Submit. You will receive an email that the submission has been received, but the reservation is not confirmed until ...
... you receive an email from the CPRESA office confirming your reservation and providing directions for planning your field trip or school visit . If the number of days or number of students exceeds the center’s capacity, the center will deny the request.
