How to request a transcript
Contact CCA's College Advisor with your request.
Include the name of the institution, the date the transcript is needed, and the mailing address (email or postal) for that school or organization.
Mrs. Nordberg will upload (or mail) your transcript, along with CCA's School Profile. Click here to view our 24-25 School Profile.
CCA graduates must request transcripts themselves.

CCA sends official student records to colleges and scholarship organizations that require an official copy.

Unofficial transcripts may be requested for specific purposes (e.g., verification of grades for insurance, scholarship application). Please include the reason for your request when contacting Mrs. Nordberg.
