Free Meditation and Physical Activity App

The Down Dog app  is FREE! All you have to do is sign up using your Concordia email!

The app offers a variety of classes for any fitness and experience level. Start by choosing what type of workout you want to do: Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Meditation or Prenatal Yoga. Then customize it for how long, the level of difficulty, and the music you would like to listen to.

Here are the steps to register (you can also download the app):


Tip: Some of the workout options (eg. Barre) do not provide a warm-up prior to starting exercise. Please ensure you are doing an adequate warm up prior to exercise. An adequate warm up should include raising the heartrate and dynamic stretching for each muscle group.
