Keeping up the daily goal pretty well!! I missed one day but made it up the next day by doing arms and legs together. I've been able to increase my reps from 10 to 12.

Okay, now for my weekly check-in: It's been a little harder this week! I did my routine every day, but my motivation was not as high. I definitely would not have made 7/7 if I didn't have the accountability of this challenge. Good news though, much less muscle soreness.
I plan to make 7/7 this week too!

As for my challenge, I have started my daily routine and have managed to get my exercises done in the morning before the day gets away from me. So far, 3 out of 3 - yay!!
I have set up an every other day schedule of 3 sets of 3 exercises, upper body alternating with lower body. Today, my legs are quite sore after my first legs routine. It's a good kid of sore. Thanks again (-:
