AUTO-FILL FIELDS ON DISCLOSURE FORMS
Forms in Business Tracker are now updated to automatically fill checkboxes, radios, and fields in forms to send to clients. Save time and streamline disclosures with this new automation.
To get started, go to Business Tracker, click Transaction Forms, select a Disclosure,
add the Seller, and select Yes, Place Fields.
Add additional costs and fees to your Net Seller Sheet such as staging, cleaning, photography, second mortgage, utility payoffs, etc.
View an estimated net proceeds range with minimum and maximum list price amounts, detailing a full breakdown of line items associated with your sale.
