Workday (unless sick day)
Submit hours in advance before last day!

Click Profile Icon (top right) > "Update Your Status" > Vacationing

Zendesk
Click on Profile Icon (top right)
Click Name
Click the “Apps” button on the top right (under Profile Icon)
Toggle availability
Check yes to “Unassign all open tickets”
Note: Please attempt to solve before going out of the office if this is a planned vacation
Also, please consult an AEM on the background of the inquiry so they can appropriately take over the ticket
Click "Set Unavailable"
Note: Please remember to turn this off manually once you return

Zendesk Buddy
Please designate partner AEM to take Zendesk tickets during your time off.

Set Vacation Responder in Gmail:
Settings > See All Settings > General > Vacation Responder (set first and last day).

Hello,
I will be out of the office from [Insert Date] returning back
[Insert Date].
In my absence, please reach out to your Sales Manager or email our AEM
team at agentexperience@compass.com. Our team is available to quickly
answer requests Monday-Friday from 9-5pm. Otherwise, I will get back
to your request as soon as I return. Have a great day!

Within Dialpad App > Click Profile Icon (top right) > Toggle “Do not disturb” to On
> Click “Set SMS auto-reply” > Go down to “SMS Auto-Reply”
Click “ Automatically reply to messages when in 'Do Not Disturb' mode”
