For building access badges:
Log into the Granite User Portal
Create a New Service Request.
Select “Access Cards” from the Request Type drop down menu
Provide the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of the cardholder in the Details section
Submit
The building’s security officer will receive the request, create the card, and bring it to the front desk for you.
Log the access number and agent info to the Southlake Access Badge Info spreadsheet.
For Compass office access badges:
Take a new card from the box in the middle desk drawer.
Enter the cardholder’s name, the card number, and the office address on the Access Cards and Access Reports Tracker spreadsheet.
Log the access number and agent info to the Southlake Access Badge Info spreadsheet.
Check mail in the afternoon of every day. Mail keys are in the top desk drawer, and the mailbox is located in the Service Corridor off of the lobby (we’re mailbox #34). Agent mailboxes are located in the Emmitt printer area and are labeled by group name (if applicable; independent agents have their own mailbox). If you’re unsure of what group someone is in, reference the DFW Roster. If you receive a package, put it in the supply closet and email or text the agent to let them know that a package arrived for them. If anything arrives for someone located in another office, place it in the bottom desk drawer and send it out to the appropriate address on a weekly basis.
Morning Duties:
Turn on the speaker in the kitchen and start music using the Guest User account on the front desk desktop computer (the speaker should automatically connect via bluetooth. If it doesn’t, you can hold the bluetooth button on the speaker to make it detectable again.)

Refill any kitchen or office supplies that are low
Complete an office walkthrough to ensure the cleanliness of the open space, conference rooms, etc.
Unload dishwasher if needed
Check sign requests in helpscount
Check DialPad for missed calls
Check mail
Take inventory
Have a great day :)
Closing Duties:
Check in with agents and employees that are in the office and see if they need anything before you leave
Toss empty coffee packs from the bottom base of the coffee maker
Refill any kitchen or office supplies that are low
Complete an office walkthrough to ensure the cleanliness of the open space, conference rooms, etc.
Ensure that mail has been checked and distributed
Start dishwasher if needed
