Restrooms:
Bathrooms are located outside of the office suite in the main hallway on the first floor. They are cleaned regularly by building management.
If an agent returns a rider, please place a sticky note of the agent’s name and address on it and email the information to keri.alexander@compass.com, she will be your go-to for signage questions.
There are open house signs available for checkout in the storage room on the right side of the printer room. Please have the agent fill out the checkout sheet in the black folder on my desk titled “Frisco Office Sign Checkout.” The information then needs to be copied here. Please checkout in signs if agents drop them off
For office access badges:
Grab a card from the top desk drawer.
Login to Brivo
Go to the Setup tab > Cards > Add Cards
Enter the card number in the First and Last card section, with a facility code of “10”
Click Add Card
After Card is added, click on the “1 New Card” at the top
Click on “New User” if it is a new agent/employee, or “Existing User” if it is a replacement card
New agent: Enter First and Last name, and click “Save Identity”.
Add them to “Texas” under the “Groups” tab. You can find “Texas” by clicking “Groups” and then clicking “T”
After this, give a plastic slip and retractable clip to the agent or employee. If they are picking up the card, I set it in the tray to the right with the other cards.

For building access badges:
Email Tonya Davidson at tdavidson@hallpark.com and HOPMGMT@hallpark.com that you need an office building access badge. Give the agent’s full name.
Let the agent know you’ll notify them when it’s ready, sometimes it’ll be ready in an hour or quicker, at the longest it could take until the next day.
They will notify you when it's ready, she usually offers to have someone bring it down so tell her you’d appreciate that.
Notify agent of completion. I usually keep them in the top right drawer for pick up.
Check mail between 2-3pm everyday. Mail keys are in the plastic organizer located next to the computer. Our mailbox is Mailbox 4 in the mailroom, which is located through the back exit of our office, across the hallway.
Agent mailboxes are alphabetized by group name, so if you are unsure of what group someone is in, here's our DFW rooster.
If you receive something for a different office, put in the “Outgoing Mail” try in the white organizer on my desk.
If you receive a letter for Kristi Davis, either hand deliver or put in the “Kristi Davis” tray. If you receive a package, put it in the cabinet labeled “PACKAGES” above the wooden mailbox in the farther supply room with a sticky note with the agent name and date on it. Email or text the respective agent that a park has arrived for them.
If anything arrives for Kristi Davis, Ashley Gross, or Andrew Guido, or anyone else not listed in the mailbox, leave it on the receptionist desk.
If you receive a check MADE OUT TO AN AGENT, put it in a compass envelope with their name on it and set it in the “Agent Checks” tray. Email the subsequent agent about the arrival of their check and the location.
If an agent asks you to mail a letter for them, make sure it has a stamp and place it in the “Outgoing Mail” tray or take it to the blue mailbox in front of the office building.
Morning Duties:
Turn on all lights (Reception area, Emerson conference room, main area, kitchen, supply room, mail room)
Take down Away sign
Toss empty coffee packs from bottom base of Coffee maker, turn on coffee maker
Refill anything that seems low - creamers, sugars, cups, chips, snacks
Refill paper trays in printer
Be sure conference rooms and supply rooms are clean and standardized
During these walkthroughs make note of anything (supply or food) that needs to be replenished and email to carson.wilder@compass.com
Turn on bluetooth speaker and pull up Spotify web browser - I usually either play a Frank Sinatra playlist, or one titled “Lo-Fi Beats” which is office music

Closing Duties:
Check in with agents and employees that are in the office and see if they need anything
Do final walkthrough:
Straighten the supply rooms
Wipe down the kitchen tables with lysol wipes if they’ve been used (wipes located in bottom drawer near microwaves)
Straighten the conference rooms that are not in use, wipe down tables if they look used
Be sure you checked mail between 2-3 and filed mail accordingly
Push in desk chairs
Email any questions, concerns, notes, etc. to carson.wilder@compass.com (it’s okay if you don’t have any)
Turn off reception area lights, as well as the lights of any conference room not in use, as well as the kitchen and supply rooms if they are not in use
Turn off bluetooth speaker and plug in into charger next to phone
Put up away sign
