For office access badges:
Grab a card from the top desk drawer.
Login to Brivo
Go to the Setup tab > Cards > Add Cards
Enter the card number in the First and Last card section, with a facility code of “10”
Click Add Card
After Card is added, click on the “1 New Card” at the top
Click on “New User” if it is a new agent/employee, or “Existing User” if it is a replacement card
New agent: Enter First and Last name, and click “Save Identity”.
Add them to “Texas” under the “Groups” tab. You can find “Texas” by clicking “Groups” and then clicking “T”
After this, give a plastic slip and retractable clip to the agent or employee. If they are picking up the card, I set it in the tray to the right with the other cards.

Compass’ mailbox is located in the breezeway of the building. We are C5. Keys for mailbox are in small clear drawer on desk. Distribute Mail in boxes on wall opposite of front desk.
Morning Duties:
Turn on all lights in the front. Most of the lights are automatically on, if light on switch is blue then the light is off.
Refill anything that seems low - creamers, sugars, cups, chips, snacks - check the fridge to see if anything needs to be refilled or ordered.
Be sure conference rooms and supply rooms are clean and standardized.
During these walkthroughs make note of anything (supply or food) that needs to be replenished.
Make sure Cloudcover music is playing on the speaker in the middle of the office.
Closing Duties:
Check in with agents and employees that are in the office and see if they need anything.
