Login to Brivo
Click on Users in the left hand menu
Create New User.
Enter First and Last name
Under the “Groups” tab, click “Assign to Group”, search for “Texas” and then click “Assign”
In the “Credentials” section, click “Assign Another Credential”
Select the “Card” option
Search for the card number in the search field. Once you have found that card number, click “Assign”. (Don’t forget to click “Assign Credential” at the bottom!)

Also add that agent and card number to this document so they have access to all DFW offices. (***Do not filter this spreadsheet)
Compass’ mailbox is located in the lobby of the building, box 1. The key to the mailbox is in the top left-hand drawer of the reception desk (it’s labeled). Agent/Team mailboxes are located on floors 2, 3, and 4 near the printers. UPS and FedEX will deliver envelopes and packages directly to the reception desk. Please email agents directly if you receive a FedEx envelope, a check, or a package for them.
Morning Duties:
On the 2nd floor, toss empty coffee packs from bottom base of coffee maker and turn on coffee maker
Turn on music (connect your phone or computer to bluetooth HK Onyx Studio 4)
Go to the 4th floor, turn on the lights, and refill anything in the kitchen area that seems low - drinks in the fridge, snacks, eating utensils, paper towels, etc
Check dishwasher on 4th floor and unload clean dishes if necessary
Be sure conference rooms on 2, 3, and 4 are clean and standardized
During these walkthroughs make note of anything (supply or food) that needs to be replenished and note on the DFW Office Inventory sheet and let Stefany know what is running low
Check the paper drawers on all printers ( 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors) to make sure each has fully-stocked paper. Extra paper is in the nearby cabinets and labeled.
Check mailbox on 1st floor

Closing Duties:
Check in with agents and employees that are in the office and see if they need anything
Do final walkthrough:
Straighten the supply rooms and make sure they are stocked
Wipe down the kitchen countertop on the 4th floor (spray is in the basket under the sink)
Start dishwasher (if needed)
Straighten the conference rooms and reception area that are not in use, wipe down tables if they look used
Be sure that mail has been sorted and delivered to appropriate agents
Make sure all the suite doors are shut. The agents tend to leave them open when they leave.
