What?

Big 10 Shout-Outs are a way to recognize and call out the strengths we see in each other!

NOTE: Big 10 Shout-Outs are Public, and may be posted online or shared widely. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in your description on the nomination form. 

Why?

We do this because...

• we all need feedback on what we do well so that we can build upon our strengths

• we often need others to help us identify our strengths

• bonus: when we identify strengths in others, it is easier to see those strengths in ourselves

• plus, it is just an awesome thing to do

• also, a Big 10 Shout-Out is evidence students can use in their Big 10 portfolios
