When an assessor selects "More Info requested," this initiates the resubmission process.
You will receive an email notification when more information is needed for your Big 10 Submission with a comment from the assessor indicating what information is needed. This notification email will include a link to your original submission form response. You will use this link to resubmit when you've completed the necessary edits.
If you have received the Revisions Required email notification but there are no comments indicating what is needed, this is likely due to an error on the assessor's end. Please reply to the Revisions Required email to contact Big10@collegeunbound.edu and request the comments. Big 10 staff will follow-up with assessors to troubleshoot and forward comments.
