Educator Referral Program
The Collaborative for Educational Services DYS Education Initiative is always looking for good people, and you can help. If you know someone who would be a great addition to CES and the DYS Education Initiative or Special Education in Institutional Settings, you may be awarded a referral bonus of $500 dollars less taxes if you refer a candidate and they are hired and remain employed for 90 contiguous days.
When you receive $500 for a qualifying referral, the educator you referred will also receive a $500 sign-on bonus.

Expense/mileage reimbursement
An employee who works at more than one location on any given day shall be reimbursed for mileage. Employees shall also be reimbursed for mileage while attending CES approved trainings including Basic Training, statewide DYS Professional Development days, PLCs, and all other mandatory meetings. All mileage will be submitted using TripLog.
Mileage is due no later than 10 business days of the following month for reimbursement. Expenses can be submitted as you incur them for reimbursement. Mileage and Expenses will be reimbursed thru ADP during a bi-weekly payroll and will show up on your pay statement. Please review the TripLog User Guide for additional instructions.
