Take challenging courses. When selecting courses for junior year consider challenging courses either IB, AP, or CPCC. (Capstone)
Explore extra curricular activities. You still have time to get involved!
Take PSAT (Offered at school in October).
Get involved with the community- volunteer hours look great on a college or work application. Keep a list!
Build relationships with your teachers. They will be able to write your recommendations for college.

If your child has taken Math 3- we suggest you look to take the ACT/SAT.

COLLEGE REP VISITS
Second Semester of your 10th grade year you have permission to visit with college representatives on campus. You can get a pass through Naviance. These visits are for students only.
