Prom Attendance Requirements

• • A student must be in compliance with school attendance regulations at the time of the prom to be eligible to attend

  • Underclassmen and non-students (ages 15 to 20 on the day of the prom) may attend only as invited guests.  

• Students and guests will need to show ID to gain entrance into the prom

Ticket Purchasing Requirements

• • A student must meet all requirements for classification as a Junior or Senior on the first day of the second semester

  • All fees must be paid, including 1st semester textbooks to purchase a prom ticket

  • Outside guest forms must be turned in and approved prior to purchasing a ticket 

  • Students cannot purchase tickets OR attend the prom if they are truant (please see guidelines concerning truancy definitions)

  • Students cannot purchase tickets OR attend the prom if they have 12 or more tardies during Q3

  • Students cannot purchase tickets OR attend the prom if they have received Out-of-School Suspension during the Spring semester. Out of school suspensions that occur after the purchasing of tickets will not result in a ticket refund.  

Homecoming Dance Attendance Requirements

• • A student must be in compliance with school attendance regulations at the time of the homecoming dance to be eligible to attend

  • Only CHS Students may attend the homecoming dance 

  • CHS Students will need to show ID to gain entrance into the homecoming dance

• • All fees must be paid, including 1st semester textbooks to purchase a homecoming dance ticket

  • Students cannot purchase tickets OR attend the homecoming dance if they are truant (please see guidelines concerning truancy definitions)
