Students going on a field trip must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Students must travel on designated school-sponsored transportation for field trips.
While on a field trip, students are under the jurisdiction of the school and must abide by all school and district rules and guidelines.
For field trips that result in an absence from class(s), students are required to notify the teacher and request assignments and assignment deadlines, prior to the field trip.
For field trips that result in an absence from class(s) with assignment(s) due on the date of absence, the due date shall become the school day prior to the date of the field trip.
