Resetting the Chrome Browser

You can restore your browser settings in Chrome at any time. You might need to do this if apps or extensions you installed changed your settings without your knowledge, or your browser is not functioning as intended. Your saved bookmarks and passwords won't be cleared or changed.

Follow these steps to Reset Chrome to Default

On your Chromebook, open the Chrome browser.

At the top right of the browser, click the three dots
At the bottom of the menu click on Settings.
In the Settings menu click Advanced.
At the bottom click Reset Settings
Click Reset Settings to their original defaults
