Task and process analysis.
Regular hazard physical inspections and audits if necessary.
Equipment checks.
Maintenance checks.

Some staff will face other hazards involved with certain machinery with moving or non-moving parts. Hazards like these, should be identified such as those involving manual handling, working in confined spaces, and handling and storing hazardous chemicals.
