• Zoom/Detailed arrangement by language

    • Zoom: English using Santa Clara's account of 500; Chinese Cupertino's.

• Moderator & confirming words

  • For each message / language, there should be one brother serving as the moderator directing the saints to enjoy the message and blending breakout.

  • There should be two brothers (as practicality allows for Spanish/Korean) under age of 50 to speak to a word of highlights for 2-3 minutes after the message before breakout.

• Breakout rooms & facilitators

  • Breakout rooms will be formed randomly in numbers some 20 each.

  • Each locality/language should provide brothers to serve as facilitators (at least one for each breakout).

• Regarding LD morning (message 4)

  • Some localities may want to take this opportunity to bring more saints under the direct speaking of the ministry by streaming the message themselves from conf.lsmwebcast.com in their own usual Lord's Day Zoom meetings.

  • Proposal: South Bay Zoom meetings for the conference provide only the streaming of message 4. No moderator/highlights/breakout rooms.
