LSM Guidelines

LSM Guidelines | Update 06-09 | Notable points:

    1. There should be overflowing time after each message.

    2. Study at least 30 minutes for each message.

    3. Testing for at least messages 1-10.

Our Approach

  • Follow Option 1, as LSM strongly recommended, trainees to join Zoom meetings together.

  • One Zoom meeting for each language

    • That is, testing, streaming of messages, breakout groups all separate by language.

Testing

  • The purpose of testing is to motivate saints to study.

  • Take-home/offline tests only:

      • To record own speaking (1:45-2minutes) on a crucial point of the message

      • Alternatively, to write down the prophecy (250-300 words)

      • We will also provide a checkbox for the saints to indicate that he/she has spoken from the message in a group study time. This is to reduce the stress on saints not as comfortable with electronic elements.

      • Submit the assignment before next Saturday 8am (we'll provide a Google form for each message; some brothers will also provide tech support).

    • Saints who are not chosen to take tests for a given message are encouraged to still do it for personal pursuit and for mutual encouragements. We will share the submitted video/audio/written text (anonymously).

Study Time

    • All trainees are required to study each message at least for 30 minutes, per LSM guidelines, though practically it might take 45 minutes or more to study a message adequately.

    • For messages 1, 5, and 9 (the first message each Saturday morning), we will break out into study groups for 30 minutes. (The break time before the next message at 11pm may be reduced if the message itself is longer.)

    • We encourage all trainees to study in groups. Self-study is permitted in case of schedule conflicts.

    • Before the training starts (Saturday July 4th), trainees should arrange for their study groups and study time, either signing up for a number of common study sessions provided by the local training, or arranging among themselves.
