Conduct a full-blown Graduate Tracer Study for the BSIT Program covering the period 2010-2021 to determine the following: (a) Percentage of graduates who were promoted to higher positions for those employed and the number of graduates who became successful entrepreneurs; (b) Feedback from employers regarding the performance of the graduates in their respective workplace; (c) Number of graduates who are given awards for outstanding performance/contributions in the field/ workplace; and (d) Number of prominent graduates who have outstanding contribution in the field of information systems.

It is recommended that the impact assessment of extension programs/projects be conducted by an external party/agency, indicating the number of the beneficiaries and the positive changes in terms of the social, economic, and or environmental aspects of life of the beneficiaries.

1. No Impact Assessment has been established since the COMPUTER Program is an ongoing extension program. However, the program and project leaders see to it that pertinent reports are prepared and submitted to the Office of Extension and Community Services for proper monitoring of activities and utilization of the budget.

2. The program leader requested a copy of the latest Financial Report of 4H AIYFAWA  which reflects the Vermicomposting Sieving Device as one of the assets.

3.  The program leader requested a copy of the proposal for the 1st Communal Garden Contest organized by 4H AIYFAWA in partnership with CHMSU AND OTHER PARTNERS  where harvested vermi products using the Vermicomposting Sieving Device were used as part of the gardening kit of the participants.

Prepare a comprehensive Five-Year Faculty Development Program for BS Information Technology covering educational achievements, professional growth, personal development, training provisions, scholarships and other grants, faculty exchange agreements, industry immersion program, consultancy on collaborative projects, and fellowship affiliations. Indicate the corresponding faculty/participants, time period covered, funding, funding sources and sponsoring agencies, etc

A comprehensive Five-Year Faculty Development Program for BS Information Technology was created covering Academic Years from 2022-2026.  Prepared by the Dean of the College of Computer Studies, recommended for approval by the Director of HRDO, and approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Develop and implement an IT Competency Assessment and Certification Program/Plan to ensure faculty and students competency and technical skills are in line with their field of specialization based on national and international competency standards and examination.

A letter was sent to the Department of Information & Communications Technology to request an ICT Proficiency Certification Examination at Carlos

Hilado Memorial State University-Binalbagan Campus.

The program should have 100% compliance of the recommendations from Level II as such: Recommendation No.2. The administration may hire additional licensed librarian and additional para professional staff to meet the mandated standards of CHED to effectively and efficiently deliver frontline services to the expected clients.

An additional licensed librarian was hired by the administration for Carlos Hilado Memorial State University at Binalbagan Campus.
