Each employee has four professional coaching sessions IN ADDITION to four counseling sessions. That’s right, you will be eligible for four counseling sessions to use for yourself and immediate family members PLUS four professional coaching sessions just for your growth and development.
While counseling sessions are used for personal issues that may affect your productivity and focus at work, professional coaching sessions are intended to help you grow and develop your professional BEST. These services can be used for any area of growth and development within your work life. The most common work-related coaching topics are time management, relationship issues with coworkers or supervisors, organizational skills, health and wellness, financial, skill enhancement, communication, and leadership skills.
Track gratitude and achievement with a journal - Include three things you were grateful for and three things you were able to accomplish each day.
Work your strengths - Do something you are good at to build self-confidence, then tackle a tougher task.
Show some love to someone in your life - Close, quality, relationships are key for a happy, healthy life.
Go off the grid - Leave your smartphone at home for a day and disconnect from the constant emails, alerts, and other interruptions. Spend time doing something fun with someone face-to-face.
Spend some time with a furry friend - Time with animals lowers the stress hormone - cortisol, and boosts oxytocin - which stimulates feelings of happiness. If you don't have a pet, hang out with a friend who does or volunteer at a shelter.
